Amendments to the FILLM Constitution| 14.7.2018 |
The FILLM Committee gathered in Vienna, Autria on 12 July 2018. At the meeting it was among other things decided to make the following two amendments to the federation's consitution:
1) Remove the final phrase from claus 6 subcluase (c), so that instead of
"(c) It shall be governed by a constitution agreed by its members, controlled by Officers and a Committee elected regularly, and financed by the subscriptions of its members;"
the subclause now reads
"(c) It shall be governed by a constitution agreed by its members, controlled by Officers and a Committee elected regularly."
2) Add to the section "Officers of the Federation" a new clause 15 (an reunumbered subsequent clauses accordingly), the new clause to read:
"15. The Immidiate Past President of FILLM shall be a member of the FILLM Committee until her or his successor as President has been replaced."
